We are so excited about this year’s Cultural Arts Passport field trip to Medieval Times on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Please see some important details below and reach out to your classroom teacher or the main office with your questions.

-Field trip forms should be signed and returned. If not, please sign a form in the office ASAP.
-Parents should connect with classroom teachers regarding chaperoning. Only registered LAUSD volunteers are allowed on field trips.
-Students should arrive by 12:00 pm having eaten lunch, although a free meal (chicken with potatoes) will be provided at Medieval Times. Please remind your teacher if your child requires a vegetarian meal. No outside food or drink is allowed inside the venue.
-Optional: Students are permitted to bring cash or card with them to purchase souvenirs. It is highly recommended that items are kept in a secure wallet or a zip lock bag with their name. Younger children may ask their teacher to hold onto souvenir money and chaperones will assist in purchases. The school cannot be held responsible for loss of cash, cards, or souvenirs.
-The buses should return to Yorkdale between 5:30 - 6:00 PM. Teachers will provide an ETA on class dojo once we depart Medieval Times.
